Learned counsel for the applicants submits that earlier under order dated 14-02-2014 in civil application No. 1076 of 2014, writ petition was fixed for final hearing in the week commencing from 30-06-2014, however, the same was not listed. Therefore, he requests to fix the writ petition for final hearing at an early date. 2.

In view of aforesaid, submissions being not disputed, list the matter for final hearing in the week commencing from 10th August, 2015.
