Learned advocate for the applicant states that office of project director is an independent body. Thus far, no communication from the office of Government Pleader has reached to said office and in the circumstances, writ petition could not be responded to, so far.

Learned advocate regrets inconvenience being caused in the process and since the State Assembly is in session, seeks exemption from personal appearance of the project director. It is

In view of aforesaid, presence of project director, pursuant to order dated 20th February, 2020, would not be necessary, unless specifically required hereafter.
