Heard Mr Bagul, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

On the backdrop of the limited grievance and consequential prayer seeking directions to the authority to decide the proposal, the petition is taken up for hearing/disposal at the stage of admission. 3.
Issue notice to respondents, returnable forthwith. 4.
Learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader waives service of notice for all the respondents.

The petitioner is a minority education institute. A certificate issued to that effect is also placed on record. This certificate is of 5th August, 2016, issued through the competent authority. The petitioner has also placed on record the various proposals for staff sanction and additional staff sanction since year 2014. The latest proposals were submitted to the Education Officer on 1st September, 2018 and 11th January, 2019. The Education Officer, initially sometime in November, 2017 forwarded the proposal to the Director of Education with his positive recommendations. A copy of the same is placed on record. It is submitted that the proposal is forwarded by the Education Officer (Secondary), Dhule by way of on-line process sometime in November 2017. Similarly, the Education Officer again forwarded the proposal in November, 2018. The documents in support of the recommendations by the Education Officer are placed at page 52, 52-A 53, 53-A, respectively.

In view of aforesaid facts, we direct respondent No.2 - Director of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune to decide the proposal forwarded to him through the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule i.e. respondent No.4, as early as possible and not later than ten weeks from the date of the order of this Court, needless to state on its merits.
