The petitioners / Institutions are seeking reimbursement khs/March 2025/3184
- 2 - under Section 12 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 in respect of the students admitted in their schools under that Act.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGPs' waive service for respondent Nos. 2 to 4. The learned Standing Counsel Mr.R.R.Bangar waives service for respondent No.1. Mr.S.B.Pulkundwar, Mr.S.B.Parner, Mr.P.D.Suryawanshi, the learned Advocates/Standing Counsels waive service for respondent No.5 in the respective petitions. 3.
The respondents shall undertake necessary inquiry in the light of the petitioners' claim, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 6 (six) weeks. If the petitioners are found entitled to have some reimbursement, it shall be disbursed to them within 6 (six) weeks thereafter.

The writ petitions are disposed of.
