The present Civil Application is filed in disposed of proceedings. Learned Counsel submits that the name of the petitioner was incorrectly typed in the cause title; instead of Pawan, same was typed as Pravin. The same be allowed to be corrected and the document of caste certificate be allowed to be substituted.

The order of the Committee is passed in the matter of Pawan, however, caste certificate at Exh.A appears to have been wrongly annexed of Pravin. It appears to be a case of bona fide mistake. In view of that, the applicant is allowed to correct the cause title and substitute the document of caste certificate. 3.

Upon the necessary amendment being made, the cause title of the order dated 21st February, 2017, in Writ Petition agp/-
