1] The present Writ Petition arises out of the interim order dated 08.08.2014 passed by the Civil Judge Junior Division, Wadwani, below Exh.5 in RCS No.33/2014 and order passed by the Additional District Judge, Majalgaon in Misc. Civil Appeal No.23/2014 dated 10.02.2015. There is no stay granted in this matter. 2] It appears from the official website that Regular Civil Suit No.33/2014 is disposed of in terms of compromise, by order dated 03.11.2016. Considering the same, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition, as such, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
