Learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant had filed the present application as the gadget from which the obscene material was uploaded and fake facebook account was created, was not seized. But, during the pendency of the application, charge-sheet has been filed and the recovery has been done, and therefore, he says, on instructions, that the applicant be allowed to withdraw the application.

In view of the above submissions, the application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
