Learned counsel for the petitioner states that, representation is given for considering the petitioner to be appointed as para teacher, however, same is not considered.

Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that, in case, said representation is pending, the authority would take decision on the same on its own merits. In light of that, we pass following order.

ORDER

In case, the representation filed by the petitioner (Exh.E) is pending with the respondent No.3, then, the respondent No.3 shall decide the same, on its own merits, expeditiously in accordance with law and policy, preferably within SIX MONTHS.
