Mr. Wani, learned Counsel, submits that respondent no.1 has filed disqualification petition against respondent no.2. Petitioner has filed intervention application in the same, however, the disqualification petition is not yet registered though it is filed on 27th of February, 2017 before respondent no.6; the same is deliberately not being considered. The election for the post of the Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, is scheduled on 14th of March, 2017. Learned A.G.P. states that if the disqualification petition is filed, the authority would consider the same in accordance with law.

It would not be possible to consider prayer clause (C) at this stage when the disqualification proceedings are being decided.
