Mr. Nimbalkar, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the similar issue as involved in the present writ petition was a subject matter for consideration before the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.2202 of 2018 and other connected writ petition.

This Court confirmed the decision of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and dismissed the writ petition filed by the State under order dated 11.04.2018.

The learned A.G.P. on going through the order passed by this Court submits that the respondent herein is similarly situated as one in

In view of the above, writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
