Mr. Bondar, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the petitioner was transferred from the water supply and sanitation department to the zilla parishad as per the policy of respondents. The petitioner is seeking re-transfer to its parent department and has made representation (Exhibit - F and Exhibit - G) to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. However, no decision is taken on the same. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, in case the said representations are pending, they would be considered on its own merits.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order. 4.

The respondent No. 2 shall take decision on the representations
