By the first application, the applicants seek an order similar to the one passed on 05.04.2019 in Civil Application Nos. 3780/2019 and 4390/2018. Since the Union is no longer espousing the cause, these applicants desire to participate in this proceeding. 2.

As such, the application is allowed.

The petitioners shall add these applicants in the cause title of the petition below the Union as respondent Nos. 5 and 6. 4.

By the second Civil Application, it is the Government which is before the Court seeking leave to deposit an amount of Rs.5,09,455/-. The learned AGP submits the said amount will be deposited within one week as the cheque is ready and only the date is to be entered. 5.

As such, by consent of the non applicants, the civil application is allowed and liberty is granted to deposit the amount with the learned Registrar of this Court on or before 17.03.2022. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) JPC
