The petitioner does have a 'Koli Mahadev' caste certifcate recognized as Scheduled Tribe in the State of Maharashtra. The post for which he has moved an application for recruitment requires the tribe certifcate of 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe in the format as prescribed by the Central Government.

The learned AGP submits that after the petitioner tenders the original certifcate of Koli Mahadev caste, a fresh certifcate in the format prescribed would be issued within 15 days.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would complete the formalities of tendering the certifcate on or before 20th June, 2022.
