PER COURT :- This matter was heard for some time.

The petitioner submits, on instructions that, he would like to withdraw this petition and make a representation to the Education Officer, in relation to the order dated 13.2.2015 passed by him, which is impugned in this petition and would like to rely on the Government Resolution dated 18.10.1997 which places reliance on the Judgment of the Apex Court in case of R.S. Sabharwal V/s State of Punjab and others. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Education Officer submits that, if the petitioner makes such a representation, the respondent No.3 Education Officer would consider the same and would hear all the parties concerned and take a decision on the said application.

Needless to state, after respondent No.3 passes an order on the representation of the petitioner, any aggrieved party amongst the litigating sides, would be at liberty to take recourse to available legal remedies.
