2] The learned counsel appearing for the applicant/original respondent in Writ Petition, submits that the affidavit-in-reply is filed on behalf of the applicant/original respondent and the amount of costs is also deposited by him in the Registry of this Court. He, therefore, submits that this Civil Application No.2964 of 2016 may be allowed by recalling the order dated 22nd February,

2 17-wp8423-15.odt 2016 passed by this Court by which, bailable warrant was issued against the applicant/original respondent no.3.

3] Since the applicant/original respondent no.3 has filed the affidavit-in-reply and also deposited the amount of costs in the Registry, the order dated 22nd February, 2016 passed by this Court to the extent of issuing bailable warrant against the present applicant/original respondent no.3, stands recalled.

4] The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

5] The learned AGP submits that the amount of costs deposited by the applicant may be given to the Library of the High Court Bar Association. 6] Registry to give the amount of costs deposited by the applicant to the Library, High Court Bar Association.

3 17-wp8423-15.odt 7] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in the Writ Petition, submits that four weeks time may be granted so as to respond the reply filed by respondent no.3 - Tahsildar. At his request, stand over to 16th June, 2016. It is made clear that no prayer for grant of further time will be entertained on the next date.
