The record reveals that the applicants did not respond their counsel. Hence, the Court had issued the notice to applicant No.1, who reported to be dead. The Court is not supposed to know the legal heirs of the parties. It is the duty of the party to attend the Court and be in contact with the lawyer.

This civil application is for restoration of second appeal No.1229 of 2005 and pending since 2013. It seems that parties have lost the interest. It would be unnecessary to keep such matters pending.
