Learned counsel submits that validation proceeding is pending since 2013. Vigilance is conducted. The petitioner has fled say to the Vigilance report. However, the same is not yet decided. 2.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26.03.2020. The Committee shall thereafter decide the proceedings within three months.
