We have heard the learned counsel for respective parties. The grievance is that, instead of allotting the work of road to the petitioner the same is allotted to the respondent No. 4. Affidavit if filed by respondent Nos. 2 and 3, that the work allotted to the respondent No. 4 is already completed. The said affidavit is filed in July, 2013. 2.

In light of the above, the grievance made by the petitioner cannot be considered. Writ petition, as such, is disposed of. No costs.
