The petitioners seek payment of unpaid salary. According to Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for petitioners the salary is not paid to petitioners since the date of their appointments. 2.

According to Mr. Sapkal, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5, the salary to petitioners is paid and they have signed the receipts of having received the payment. 3.

The petition involves disputed questions of facts. It may not be possible to determine the dispute in the writ jurisdiction.

The Education Officer has a supervisory authority over the institution. The petitioner may approach the Education Officer. The Education Officer shall verify the record of the respondent/institution and after hearing the parties may conclude with regard to the record of the respondent about the amount being paid to the petitioner or otherwise. The same be done expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the parties.
