1] Heard Mr. Chavan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Karlekar AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

2] This Court, vide order dated 24th April, 2013, had directed the Collector, Parbhani to inquire into the allegations made in the petition and submit report. The Collector, Parbhani has submitted the report stating that the mutation has been taken in the name of present petitioner and Dwarkabai Madhavrao Kadam, vide Mutation No. 2606 and the concerned Talathi is suspended.
