Mr.Patil, learned A.G.P submits that he has been instructed by one Mr.Chandrashekhar Oka, Director General, Information Public Relation, Mantralaya, Mumbai, to state that the Government Resolution dated 7.1.2008 was meant only for a period of three (3) years i.e. commensurate with the period of Committee. After lapse of said period, new Committee was to be constituted. As the life of the said Government Resolution impugned in the present Petition was only for three (3) years, with the passage of time the relief claimed in the petition becomes redundant.
