The non-applicant/husband though served, none appears. 2.

The applicant has sought transfer of the proceedings initiated by the non-applicant in the Family Court at Nasik to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Hingoli.

The distance between Hingoli and Nasik claimed to be around 400 Kms. and the ground of hardship is placed in support. There are other proceedings under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Hingoli vide Petition No.188/2014.

As the non-applicant has not appeared to deny the contentions, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) considering the hardship of the applicant.
