In Criminal Application No. 7209 of 2017, relief of quashing of F.I.R. No.96 of 2017 registered in Mohadi Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 323, 504, 506 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code is granted and to that extent, the F.I.R. is quashed and set aside. 2.

In Criminal Application No. 743 of 2018, relief of quashing of abovesaid F.I.R. No.96 of 2017 in favour of applicant No.2 - Amol s/o Ramesh Bhamre, is granted. The application of applicant no.1 - Rakhi w/o Hemant Satbhai stands dismissed.
