ORDER:

We have heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr Sant the learned Advocate for the University.

Caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated. The petitioner seeks directions to declare result of 3rd Year B.H.M.S. examination. 3.

In case there is no other impediment, then respondents No.4 may declare result of the petitioner of 3rd year B.H.M.S. examination. 4.

In case there is no further impediment and petitioner is eligible for admission to the 4th year B.H.M.S.course, then the petitioner may not be refrained from taking admission to the 4th year B.H.M.S. course only on the ground that his caste claim is invalidated. 5.

It is made clear that respondent will not declare result of final year nor the petitioner will take benefit of reservation until further orders of this Court.
