The contempt petition has been moved alleging disobedience of the order passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ahmednagar in Regular Civil Suit No.492 of 1987 dated 30th July, 1987. Registration of contempt petition had been refused by the Registrar on 2nd May, 2013 for non removal of office objections.

The applicant purports to contend that the applicant had

{2} ca3599-17 been under bona fide belief that appeal had been filed and the same is pending. However, he had not realized that there were objections.

In any case, it is a contempt in respect of order dated 30th July, 1987. Registration of the contempt petition had been refused in 2013 and now an application in 2017 has been made for resurrection of the contempt petition. Contents of the application do not inspire confidence and do not appear to be plausible.

The application, therefore, is rejected.
