The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted the proposal in the year 2014 seeking permission for 9th and 10th standard on self finance basis. It is submitted that the petitioner has cleared all the deficiencies, however, no decision has been taken about the same.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

In case the proposal of the petitioner is pending seeking permission to open and run 9th and 10th standards on self-finance basis with the Appropriate Authority, then the Authority concerned shall take decision thereon on its own merits and in accordance

wp4540-2017 with law expeditiously and preferably by the end of June, 2017.

In view of above, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
