Order :-

1. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that under Circular dated 25-06-2015 the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik has constituted the Committee to look into the grievance about the mutation entry.

We have heard Mr. Wani, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners had made application to all the authorities.

The Committee is constituted as per circular dated 25-06-2015 by the Divisional Commissioner. The petitioners may approach the Committee with their grievance and point out relevant provisions. On receiving grievance from the petitioners, the Committee shall consider

2 WP-2882.16 the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months on its receipt.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No cost.
