The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The grievance of the petitioner is that the result of the 3 rd year of 1 st semester M.B.B.S. examination is withheld. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The learned counsel accepts notice for Respondent No. 4.

Considering the above, we pass the following order. 4.

The Respondent No. 2 - committee, shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within six (6) months from the date of appearance of petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 28.3.2018. The Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, the respondents shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies for the next year only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that will be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.
