Heard learned AGP for the petitioners / State and learned Counsel for the respondent. With their able assistance, perused the pleadings in the petition, various Government Resolutions, placed on record at Exh.B from page 58 onwards and in particular, Government Resolution dated 28th November, 1979 issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Maharashtra, which is placed n record at Exh.C, page 59.

2894.15wp Upon perusal of the reasons assigned by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in the impugned judgment / order and in particular, para 9 onwards. Those reasons / findings are in conformity with the Government Resolutions placed on record.

In that view of the matter, we do not find it necessary to burden our order by reproducing the relevant clauses of the said Government Resolutions. The findings /reasons recorded by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal need no further elaboration. We are in agreement with the said reasons. No case is made out. Petition is rejected.
