ORDER:

The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that, the Committee has referred the matter for vigilance. The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent No. 1 and Ms S. M. Jadhav, learned Counsel waives service of notice for respondent No. 2.

Considering the above, we pass the following order.

ORDER
(i) The respondent No. 2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26.03.2018.
(iii) The respondents No. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.
(iv) In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then respondents shall not be refrained from from prosecuting the internship, however, degree certificate shall not be issued unless and until the validity is produced. 3.
