DATED : 1 st April, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] The motion is made by learned counsel Shri E.P.Sawant, since a typing mistake has crept in in the operative portion of the order, passed by this court on 27.3.2015.

2] Criminal Application No. 1294 of 2015 was for regular bail. The said application was allowed by this court. However, in the operative portion at clause (ii), the words "In the event of his arrest" appear, which clearly shows that as if the application was for anticipatory bail. Therefore, the said words are required to be deleted and instead of it, clause (ii) has to be read as follows : - "(ii) The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 286 of 2014, registered at Gangakhed police station, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 315, 366-A, 376, 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3, 4, 5(J)(2)(6) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, on he executing P.R.
