The applicant has moved these applications seeking condonation of the delay in filing the application to bring the legal heirs of respondent No. 1 Sayyad on record, and for bringing the legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record, for whom Ms Ansari, learned counsel, has filed Shrikant Malani

Having considered the grounds disclosed in the applications, the applications are allowed as prayed. The delay in filing the application is condoned. Any abatement order passed is quashed and set aside. 3.

The applicant is permitted to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record, within a period of three (03) weeks from today, failing which the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Upon carrying out the amendment, a copy of the amended memo of petition and the Civil Application shall be supplied to Ms Ansari, learned counsel appearing for the legal heirs of respondent No.1, within a period of two (02) weeks thereafter.
