It is an application for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased claimant Bhagwat Madhav Khadke who died during COVID-19 pandemic on 11.3.2021.

Having considered the submissions of both the sides, the application needs to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).

(ii) The appellant/MIDC shall carry out the necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo within six weeks form today.
