This application has been filed by State for leave to appeal against judgment and order dated 30th November, 2017 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Majalgaon in Sessions Case No. 6 of 2013 thereby acquitting the respondents for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 147, 148, 447, 324, 325, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing learned A.P.P., present application is allowed. 3.

Appeal be registered. On registration of the appeal, issue notice to the respondents. Mr. S.J. Salunke, learned counsel, waives service of notice for all the respondents.
