The Petitioner has put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "B) The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, thereby direct the respondent No.2to re- calibrate of vehicles no. MH-01-CR8776 and MH-02- F-6756 as requested by petitioner and further be directed that, if the weight found upto permissible limit, then the respondent no.2 shall release the vehicle immediately by recalling the impugned show cause notice issued by respondent no.2dtd. 29/02/2024 and consequential order, if any passed in furtherance." 2.

Considering the orders passed by this Court in several matters, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

The Tahsildar will carry out recalibration of both the above said vehicles on 21.03.2024 up to 5.00 p.m. Needless to state, if the weight of the vehicles is within the permissible limits, the same can be released by following the due procedure laid down in law. It is made clear that this order would not be applicable, if in any of these two cases, the Competent Authority has already delivered orders.
