12.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as 'Assistant Teacher' is pending with the Education Officer. Mr. Raut the learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no.2 Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent no.1. Mr. Raut the learned counsel submits that in case the proposal is pending the Education Officer will decide it on its own merit.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exhibit-A Page 10) is pending with respondent no.2 then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within four months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
