Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2 Kasabai, who admittedly died on 27.01.2022 and respondent No. 10-D, who died on 24.04.2015, by condoning the delay of 2421 days. Though the application is opposed, but considering the right to sue, the the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B) and (C) subject to cost of Rs. 3,500/- to be deposited

(2) 17 CA-4230.2022.odt with Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks. Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period. The application is accordingly disposed of.
