Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after the order is passed by this court on 14th March, 2018, the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate in proper form 'C', and thereafter, the petitioner has submitted the proposal with the committee.

Considering the fact that the proposal is already submitted as contended by the petitioner, the respondent no. 1 shall decide

2 wp 2735.18 the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within eight (8) months. Till the validation proceeding is decided, respondent nos. 2 and 3, shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may take action depending upon the Judgment that will be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.
