DATE : 17.03.2025 PER COURT :- The petitioner's proposal has been pending with the committee since the year 2012. She is in the employment and due to retire in June 2026.

The learned AGP on instructions submits that the petitioner was called upon to attend several times, but did not respond.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the committee on 21.03.2025 and cooperate the committee in early decision of the proposal. Subject to such

(( 2 )) 72-WP-3603-2025 condition with a direction to the committee to decide the proposal as early as possible and in any case within four months. 4.

The petitioner shall not be terminated on the ground of her failure to produce the certificate of validity for a period of four months from 21.03.2025. The protection shall be withdrawn if it is found that she is not cooperating the committee. [ Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J. ] [ MANGESH S. PATIL, J.] SMS
