By this application, the applicant prays for bringing L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.1 Vitthal Ladane on record. It has been mainly contended by the applicant that respondent no.1 Vithalrao Ladane died on 01.01.2016 leaving behind him respondent nos.2 to 6 as his L.Rs. The present application is filed on 07.03.2016. A copy of death certificate of deceased respondent no.1 Vithalrao filed on record shows that Vithal Ladane died on 01.01.2016. There is no contest to this application. In view of the above and taking into consideration the date of death of respondent no.1, I am of the view that civil application filed by the applicant deserves to be allowed. Hence, I pass the following order.

ORDER

1.

Civil application is hereby allowed.

2.

The applicant is permitted to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.1 Vithal Mahajan Ladane within a period of limitation from the date of this order. 3.

Necessary amendment be carried out within 14 days from the date of this order.
