ORAL ORDER :

This application is filed seeking modification of Order dated 30/01/2018 passed in C.A. No. 750 of 2018.

Upon considering the reasons assigned seeking modification of order, I am of the view that the request deserves to be allowed. The applicants are residents of Parbhani. For the purpose of collecting the amount they are required to travel from Parbhani to Aurangabad after every three months and make expenditure for the same. In case, the standing instructions are issued to the concerned bank, the amount can be directly credited in the savings bank account of applicant No. 1. It will save the time of applicant No. 1 to travel from Parbhani to Aurangabad.

Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The appropriate direction be given to the concerned bank to directly credit the amount of interest after every three months in
