It is stated that validation proceeding is pending since 2013. The vigilance is also not yet conducted. The employer directed the petitioner to produce the validity or else action would be taken. Mr.S.B.Pulkundwar, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and submits that the petitioner is appointed from reserve category. As such, is required to be produced validity.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding
940WP2737-18 (2) within six months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 18th April, 2018.

The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding.
4.
The respondent-employer shall not take advesre action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.
5.
The employer may take stock of the validation proceedings with the Scrutiny Committee after lapse of six months, if the petitioner fails to produce validity within the said period.
6.
The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
