The original petitioner has sought review of an order passed by this Court on 2nd March 2022.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and respondent Nos.2 and 3.

In short, it is the contention of the petitioners/applicants that the observation made by this Court in para 2 page 2 to the effect "The record further reveals that the properties mentioned herein above were in actual possession of respondent No.1." needs to be deleted in order to avoid future complications which might arise in the trial of the suit between the parties.

The learned Counsel for the respondents is ad-idem on this point. 5.

As such, the aforesaid portion of the order be deleted. After deletion, the corrected copies be uploaded on the Website. 6.
