The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the transfer process is ongoing. The vacancy exists in Ahmednagar Taluka. The petitioner is seeking benefit of couple convenience. 2.

Mr. Patnoorkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 5 submits that as per the affidavit filed, vacancy does not exist in Ahmednagar Taluka, so also the place nearest to the service place of the husband of the petitioner.

The petitioner may approach the Chief Executive Officer by filing an application. The petitioner may apply to the Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer shall consider the application of the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of application of the petitioner.
