2] Considering the grounds mentioned in the Application and the fact that the applicant-appellant is an agriculturist whose land has been already acquired, coupled with this fact and on the basis of the statement made by the learned advocate that the acquiring body has also preferred Appeal against the same award, the delay is condoned.
