The applicants seek review of the order dated 15.02.2021, passed by this Court (Coram:- V.K. Jadhav, J.) in Writ Petition No. 4850 of 2019. By the said order the writ petition filed by the respondents is allowed and order passed by the Tahsildar, confirmed by the Sub Divisional Officer in revision is quashed and set aside.

The only ground pressed in service by the learned advocate for the applicants is that by misinterpreting the orders passed by this Court, the revenue authorities have proceeded to give 20 feet wide road to the respondents.

This cannot be ground for review. No case is made out by the applicants to review the order.

If at all the applicants are aggrieved by the orders passed by the Tahsildar, they can avail appropriate remedy. There is no merit in the review application, same is therefore dismissed.
