We have heard Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, though the mutation entry is taken in the name of the petitioner, the Tahsildar is not sanctioning the same. The applications are pending with the Collector since 28th August, 2020 and with the Tahsildar since 11th August, 2020.
