Learned counsel for the applicant seeks that prayer Clause (B) of the Civil Application can be allowed to be added in the writ petition as the same is in the nature of final relief. The statement is accepted. Leave to amend is granted to add prayer clause (B) of the civil application as prayer clause( D-1) of the writ petition. Amendment be carried out within one week from today. Amendment shall also be carried out in the copies supplied to the respondents within one weeks. 2.

Place the petition on admission board on 25th April, 2022, High on board.
