Considering that the execution proceedings in the form of Special Darkhast No. 13 of 2015 is pending, we do not find that this Court should entertain this petition under it's extra ordinary jurisdiction. This petition is, therefore, disposed off. 2.

Since the execution proceedings are instituted in the year 2015, we expect the executing Court to conclude the said proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
