The petitioner is before us in peculiar facts and circumstances. She claims that her proposal has been pending with the respondent-scrutiny committee for validation of the tribe certificate.

Pursuant to the objection raised by the committee regarding territorial jurisdiction to decide the proposal, she has submitted an application dated 24.02.2022 seeking withdrawal of caste claim with liberty to file a fresh claim before proper forum but even that application is not being decided by the committee.
